There was a scheduling problem last night - my appointment was for a cut, color and highlights but I was on the books as just a 15-minute trim. It was not my hairdresser's fault, but because of her having two color appointsments at the same time, I feel as if I didn't receive the typical service and attention that I usually receive.
Also, I love Studio Eleven and the pampering I receive. However, I feel the prices are getting a bit too steep.
