Friendly staff and doctor. They did a lot of leg work with insurance to get my son's very expensive contacts completely covered! Whenever my family has had an appointment it has always been a pleasant experience. Plus who wouldn't love not having their pupils dilated for an exam??

The staff were friendly and the wait was short. Dr. Lauver was very personable and ready to actively treat the eye condition that my previous eye doctor was not. And not needing to use eye dilating was another plus!

Dr is super nice & personable, but talkative. Talks a lot and tells lots of stories during the exam and while updating info on the computer, etc. Makes one feel a little uneasy him doing both at the same time (how can he be sure he's checking everything?) plus it adds about 50% more time to each appt in my opinion. But he's nice and personable for sure, great with kids.

I was called promptly to confirm my appointment. When I got there for my 12:00 appointment, I went right in to see the Doctor, no wait! They have a great selection of frames and also had me through that process quickly so I could get back to work on time! I probably paid a little more than I would of at one of the eye care centers at the mall, but the friendly staff and great customer service was very well worth it!
