I usually have a very good experience there, but my last appointment was not as great. I was called in for my appointment at 2:30pm and sat in the room for 15 minutes before Dr. Pakiz walked in. He apologized for the wait and did what he needed to do. The assistant who was fitting my crown dropped the cap on the floor, twice, while she was adjusting the size. I left the office well after 4pm...I realize things happen that delay service, but it seems that things just weren't running smoothly that day....was it a bad day or a symptom of a bigger problem? I don't know...
Overall, I'm very happy with Dr. Pakiz and I don't intend to go anywhere else for my dental needs. Keep up the good work!
