I've been a patient for years and all the staff have handled my issues competently and with professionalism. I trust them a lot and will recommend them to anyone.

I had broken a crown on a Monday night. So I called and left a voice message, which I presumed they would get when the office opened in the morning. They did, and I got a call at 7AM on Tuesday and was told they had room in the schedule at 9AM to replace the crown. They also noticed that I was scheduled for a teeth cleaning 10 days later. So they arranged for me to have my teeth cleaned while I was waiting for the crown to be prepped, saving me another visit. I am so very appreciative that they took me right away to repair the crown in one visit and went even further to save me another visit the following week for the cleaning. It is the kind of service that has made me a happy and loyal patient for more than 25 years. Thanks guys.

In October, 2014, I had my first visit with Dr. Crandall's office for a check up assessment and particularly, in helping me deal with a specific issue I had at the time, which my than dental service could not professionally address. My first contact was with the office manager, Babs, who's words are still in my mind. After welcoming me to the office and Dr. Crandall's services offered by his dental practice, she said 'you will be pleasantly surprised as to how different my experience will be with Dr. Crandall vs other dental services that I have utilized. And, she was 100% correct! (smile)

I was then introduced to Dr. Crandall, who proceeded to perform a complete dental examination, including the use of a camera probe which displayed on a tv monitor the whole inside of my mouth which resulted in my being both amazed and shocked, as I became accutely aware of many issues that would undoubtedly result in much more pain and grief in the coming years, due to critical exposure of the base of my teeth. Dr. Crandall also checked out my bite and lower jaw movement and explained the inter-relationships and how they all contribute to not only my dental issues but also the impact that these issues will have on my total health, not to mention the cosmetic appearance which he also proposed, as part of his professional recommendations. I can only say that I was both enlightened and amazed at what I was made aware of, relative to both the condition of my teeth, as well as my bite/jaw movement. This was just the beginning.

To date, I have had several visits to Dr. Crandall's office and I am totally pleased as to what has been accomplished in such a short period of time, feeling and believing that I am now well on my way to getting my dental work done 'properly' for, many of the issues I am now dealing with are definitely due to lack of proper professional care provided from previous dental offices. And, I might add, I have been totally pleased as to the level of any discomfort experienced, due to the care and procedures that have been administered, with Dr Crandall, as well as the other professionals, who have demonstrated their serious interest in making the patient, as comfortable as possible.

To date, I have totally, not only satisfied but, very pleased with my progress in addressing several dental issues, as well as the very pleasant, personable and professional services I have received to date by Dr Crandall and his total staff and continue to look forward to having them resolve my dental issues, as I have initiated and committed to an extended term plan of several months. I sincerely believe that I am now with the right dental practice, whereby I will receive the high quality and professional, courteous service and patient treatment which will allow me to correct the accumulation of past inadequate dental services.

I would highly recommend Dr. Crandall's dental 'complete' services, if you are seeking top, professionally administered professional quality services, not only in the realm of basic dental services but much more, since Dr Crandall seeks to address much more than the basic dental issues.

William Morano....very satisfied patient!

I am thankful to have found a dentist whom is competent, knowledgable, and honest.

Unfortunately for Dr. Crandall, he will spend the next several MONTHS cleaning up the mess that my previous dentist made, as well as, fix the areas which my previous dentist knowingly neglected.

I can't thank Dr. Crandall enough for saving my mouth!

I've had a life-long fear of going to the dentist, a kind of PTSD, I think. My early experiences with a dentist who never used novocaine, braces and a gingivectomy done at Pitt Dental School, and a very painful root canal many, many years ago, are the basis of my automatic fear response. Dr. Crandall is doing all of the right things to gain my trust. He's very proactive (prescribing antibiotics and Anaprox before procedures) and has the latest and greatest equipment and computer systems for showing himself and me what's going on. Dr. Crandall is wonderfully skilled and has an amazing chair-side manner! This year, he's done three root canals and finished the second half of a dental implant for me. In a few weeks, he's going to do another implant which I'm actually not dreading. To anyone who knows me, that says a lot!
