A very welcoming office with a pleasant staff and doctor. They have a wide variety of eye glasses to choose from, and are quick to fit me in for an appointment.

pt should be told in advance that retina pic not covered under insurance, maybe give the option for the pt to decide to take it or not. Need more selction of glasses

The folks at Vision Source of Linthicum gave me individualized attention, taking time to explain options and made sure I was comfortable with their recommendations. This was my first visit and it was very busy when I came in which led to some confusion. I had a 4 o'clock apptmnt but wasn't seen until about 4:40 and didn't get out until 6PM. When I came in, there was no one at the front desk and Karen was busy helping a patient try on frames so I wasn't sure what to do, sign in, have a seat, etc. It would have been nice to be able to try on frames while I was waiting to save time but no one offered. There was also a couple who was making a scene trying to get their money back which was a little disconcerting. The exam with the doctor was pleasant with no problems. I felt a little rushed trying to pick out frames because Karen was still busy with another pt. I wasn't told I could go behind the desk to start trying on frames myself. They did ask another girl to pick out a few frames for me to try on since Karen was busy but I could tell it wasn't her forte. The staff was very nice, polite and friendly, however.
