Everything Ron told me about these Windows are true. They are far better than the other windows I currently have (won't mention the company) and are not as costly. Ron is an exceptional salesperson. He knows how to sell a product. He tells the truth and is able to entice a customer to buy. He is also very easy to communicate with. I just want to say a huge thank you to all of you - Jim, Ron, Derek, Brian, Mark... Derek and Brian did a superb job of installing the windows.
