I went to Dr. Strzeminski for active release in a few areas. The one area was my groin. Unfortunately the treatments left me with horrible stretch marks all over my lower abdomen. Clearly too much pressure and pulling was used. Horrible experience.

Dr. Mark is great. I will never go to another chiropractor again. Dr. Mark practices Active Release Technique and I cannot begin to tell you how much he has helped with my TMJ. He has been able to help me more than any other chiropractor or dentist. You can tell Dr. Mark truly cares about your health and well-being. I recommend Dr. Mark to all of my friends and family.

I have been a patient of Dr. Strzeminski for more than ten years. My experience has always been outstanding. I have lower back and neck problems. I have also been treated for tennis elbow and sciatic nerve pain. It has always been a comfort to me to know that whatever the problem I know that I will see improvement on my first visit. Active release technique works and Dr. Stzeminski is an expert in his field.

Dr. Mark is a true professional, and a great asset to have in your corner, when you need to get it done right.

He wants to treat you to get you better, not treat you to keep treating you.

I've been to him a number of times for various reasons, and each time he's been honest with the treating. When the treatment is done and the issue is resolved, its over with the treatments.

I've recommended a number of people to Dr, and all have experienced the same level.

Truly one of the good chiropractors.

there is no flexibility when making an appointment. If you can't make the day and time the Dr. offers.....then too bad. You'll have to

wait until the next week. Also, some patients are allowed an earlier time (before appt times}

and others are not. They must wait until appt. times begin.

Early in my marathon training my Achilles tendon started to bother me so much I thought I would have to stop running and postpone my race. Within a few visits to Dr. Mark I was pain free. I continued my training plan, completed the marathon, and have felt great since.

I am an acupuncturist in Somerset. I treat a varity of patients with muscular skeletonal complaints (commonly: back pain, shoulder pain, neck pain). Dr. Mark is the preferred Chiropractor to whom I refer patients. The combination of ART with manipulation and acupunctrue frequently solves thier problems! Thanks Dr. Mark!

I have been a patient for approx. 6 years. I had been to ortho, neuro, acupuncture, pain mgt and many others for parasthetica miralgia. I was referred to Dr. Strzeminski by a client at the hair salon. I had relief of my symptoms and was able to cut down on meds. I go to the gym, play tennis and have been able to return to my normal activities with just visits every 8 weeks now. He has also helped me after 2 MVA. He provides a unique service with ART that other chiropractors do not. I highly recommend this practice.

Mark's adjustment always hold as well as he spends ample amount of time to make adjustments. He schedules very well such that you are never waiting. Due to that, I have never read any of the magazine or tried the coffee or biscotti in the waiting room.
