Dr. Mark Strzeminski, DC, has been a chiropractor for 16 years. His
practice is located in Somerset, New Jersey, and in that time he has treated many patients
of varying age ranges (pre-adolescents to seniors) with varying types of health issues.
These conditions range from simple backaches, to more complex problems such as
migraine headaches, disk herniation/bulges, fibromyalgia, and carpal tunnel syndrome; he
has accomplished this with great results. He also has had very good success with various
types of athletic injury such as "swimmer shoulder," impingement syndromes, weight
training injuries, hip problems, "shin splints," elbow problems, and running problems.
He attributes these successes to practicing not only chiropractic, but also to practicing a
specific form of soft tissue therapy called Active Release Technique, or A.R.T., for short.
Due to the highly effective nature of the technique, Dr. Strzeminski has been working with
the Rutgers football team, the women's swim team, and various aspects of Rutgers
athletics, and Olympic athletes.
