Yesterday, I had my perio appointment. I was very bothered by the fact that my appointment was 25 minutes late. This is the second time in 6 months that my appointment has been significantly late. The part that frustrated me the most is that there was no indication from anyone that my hygenist was running late. I understand that from time to time there is unforseen circumstances, but in those cases, I think the patient should be advised of this as soon as the office is aware that the appointment will be late. When I did have my appointment Mary Ann (whom I have never met before) simply said sorry for being late. owever it felt very insincere to me. She also did not introduce herself to me. I was not overly pleased with Mary Ann's approach to my teeth. My gums (which had been cleaned 3 months earlier) were quite tender and swollen for the balance of the day. In the future, I would prefer my appointments to be with either Alisha or Candace.
I have always enjoyed the professionalism of your office. However, this appointment left me with a "bitter taste" in my mouth.
