What a fantastic place for relaxing, from the lemon water, to the soft lighting, and the pleasant staff. I received a facial and body wrap by Sarah. She was informative and made the whole experience pure bliss. My face was so soft afterwards I couldnt stop touch it. In all the facials I've had in the past, never have I had such a positive experience with such amazing results. Thank you spas at the village and thank you Sarah!

The spa was nice and the personnel friendly and professional. Unfortunately they spend too much time selling additional services and products. The add on services seem like an ok deal but really should have been included in the base price. For example, a hand massage is standard for many good facials. I paid extra for this and received a little lotion, some mittens and a very brief (one minute or less) hand massage. If this spa would stick to less selling extras and just provide excellent service they would fare better in the long run. If I went in for a facial and received a great hand and foot massage along with it without being asked to pay extra in advance, I would be much more likely to return. This is just one example....

overall experience was good, although they were running quite behind. services were about 45 minutes in length and they will try to upcharge "add ons" that don't really add any value to the experience

This was my first visit to the Spa in the Village and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Very relaxing and a really clean and crisp environment. I bought two Groupons while there and will definitely be back again!
