This was our 1st visit with Dr. Lum and we were very pleased. The staff was very pleasant and professional. Dr. Lum was great! My husband, daughter & I can't stop talking about how happy we were with the service. The most important thing we really loved about our visit with Dr. Lum's office, was that he took the time to really made sure we understood the prognosis of our eye exam. He gave us pamphlets to further help us understand and answered every questions we had. To our surprise we got a follow up email from Dr. Lum's office to ensure we were satisfied and also to remind us of our upcoming appointment. That's what we call an A+ service!!
