I was wearing jeans and yes I do look young) She proceeded to tell me that anyone that could have helped me was gone, anyone that could have prescribed antibiotics was gone. I told her that I had swelling and was in pain, at this point she told me that I needed to find a phone book and someone whom was open. I did my research, you were supposed to be open, I'm not sure if they were worried if they took someone on that they may get out a little late or if they just looked at me and decided I wasn't worth it (guess you have all the patients you need). I have got up this morning and discovered my face has swollen to twice its size and my neck has swollen also to where it is getting hard to take a breath, and since my wife is a flight attendant and is in Portland today and my 4 year old son is with me (we had child care till 7pm yesterday but not today). I have to wait until 8am to go to the urgent care (I didn't want to have to take him to the Emergency room)

I will be contacting the BBB on this, I did everything up to beg the woman for help.

I had had some swelling in the front of my mouth due to a possible infection underneath my cap, I had researched the local dentists in Las Colinas and located one open till 5pm which worked for me due to the fact that I was able to leave my office at 3:45 and get there. I had tried to call several time to no answer. I arrived at 4pm to a bit of awkwardness from the front staff (they looked like they were ready to start their weekend) they took my insurance and had me wait a few minutes. then a lady came out in scrubs and surgical / dental garb and looked me over (Saturdays are a casual day in my office and I had been experiencing pain so I wanted to be comfortable, I was wearing jeans and yes I do look young) She proceeded to tell me that anyone that could have helped me was gone, anyone that could have prescribed antibiotics was gone. I told her that I had swelling and was in pain, at this point she told me that I needed to find a phone book and someone whom was open.

Great customer service - a friendly greeting, a bottle of cold water, pleasant people and a successful appointment.

The hygenist was too rough with the cleaning of my teeth.

I only waited roughly 5 minutes. The dental hygienist was very nice and I was out in less than an hour (just had my teeth cleaned).
