I'm not the type of person to blast a company or complain about service. But this experience really made me upset and not happy about my service. And as they say the first impression is the most important one.
I had arrived super early to fill out my paper work and get everything squared away (typical when going to a new person). I had finished up my paper while another gentleman arrived, guess you could say that within 10 minutes he was seen. I however was still waiting and starting to get upset by the fact that I had been quiet sometime, they told me I'd be seen shortly. After my partner called me and we had a semi quiet private conversation about me waiting, the woman came out and asked me if we could reschedule or if I could wait a bit longer. I told them that I couldn't reschedule due to my work and that I had to leave by 3:45 to pick up my dog from the groomer. Shortly after I was seen within minutes for my dental appointment. They apologized profusely and told me the reason why they were running late due to pediatric appointments (if you're going to schedule someone for an appointment and things are running late, an explanation is the right thing to do.)
I do appreciate them seeing me and also waiving the fee for the flouride treatment. I usually like to give people the benefit of the dobout, and a second chance. So I'm willing to go back and give them a second chance, but the first impression wasn't the best one in my books.
