Somewhat put off on how we had to wait until we / your staff figured out insurance. After about 15 years as patients I would have thought there was some trust that bills would be paid, as they have been in the thousands of dollars, in the past. So much for locality when it was obvious here was more concern on payment than what we were there for! It is a shame that "business" gets in the way of patient service.
Once the financial end was resolved our service was very good.
