We do massageRUSH for appointments that are scheduled the same day/day before for only $60 per 60 minutes. All other appointments are charged our regular rates. We have had the massageRUSH program for a few years and it has been welcomed by our patients. It does require that patients wait to see the times available. We are sorry for the confusion. All our patients get emails confirming their appointments. The emails include very detailed information about our parking and how much is validated by our clinic. We tried to accommodate everyone, but sometimes we cannot guarantee it. In your case, we could not do so when you were 15 minutes late. As with all our patients, your treatment plan was provided by a physician, not our front desk. We allow plenty of time to allow patients to ask questions and feel comfortable about their condition. Your doctor will be happy to address any questions you may have. We hope you are able to get the care you need.
