Unfortunately for me this was the worst haircut/dye I have EVER had in my life! Jen completely missed the mark and has ruined my hair. I went into the salon with medium length hair and ask for an ombre medium length a line bob. I had to strip the black out of my hair so it was going to be a long process which I knew! But she stripped my roots also and when she did that the brown red color only took on my roots nothing else so they were bright red instead of brownish red while the rest of my hair was brown. Then she did the worst ombre I have ever seen with a big chunk of dye missing from the back of my head. When I noticed the red on my roots she then threw a dark pretty much black color again back on it defeating the purpose of stripping the black out. But that only took in certain spots so some spots on my head were red at the top, dark brown, then the terrible ombre thing. The cut was no where close to an a line bob it was straight in the back and very long and hardly any angle on the sides. My scalp was also burned from all of the bleaching and coloring. This whole process took 6 hours. I went home and saw how bad it was an immediately contacted her and she said to come back the next day. SO I did! BIG mistake!! The spots that were still red she then threw more dark color on there making it very black again which I had just paid to strip that black out!! Then she tried to fix my ombre and still missed the same chunk of color in the back and it was not ombre more like awful chunks of highlights. Then hearing her discuss with another girl in there how their friend would give them a class realized she had no clue how to do an ombre!! After all was said and done she hacked my hair and made it so short and stacked in the back which I NEVER asked for! It was supposed to be a medium ONE length a line bob I even showed her multiple pics. The color was still a crazy mess and about 6 inches was hacked off of my head! I then talked to the manager Natasha about a refund which they refunded every penny of this awful experience, but she was not any where accommodating or professional didn't seem like she cared at all! She said oh it sounds like just a miscommunication and tried to set me up with a third appointment with her, like really!!? At this point the manager should have stepped in and fixed it after all it is your salon and your reputation on the line! Needless to say I had to go find another salon of which they said this was the worst they have ever seen! I would not recommend this salon at all unless you want to walk out with 4 different color hair and a hack job! I now had to cut more hair off and hair super short hair! So thank you for ruining my hair and making me feel so ugly! This was the worst experience ever!
