I enjoy Dr. Lambright's easy going demeanor...I didn't care for how when I called to make an appointment with her, I was given another dr's name as the onw who I'd be seeing. When I questioned why, I seemed to have caught the person off guard by asking. I don't appreciate this. I feel the right to choose whomever I wish to see. Secondly, my appointment began some 20+ minutes after it was scheduled for. Thankfully, it went smooth from there. Waiting, isn't one of my strong points. Lastly, since you're asking for my opinion, I've asked in the past to have my prescription filled in the frames that I currently have, and have been told "it's not possible, ever..." in the past. One patient while I was waiting was given that option...I wonder why...? I was told that 'noone gets to filla new lens prescription in an old frame..." but I was able too from someone in a different city. Why the double answer...?

First, we were accommodated - changed our appt. - because a snow storm was coming. Also very informative regarding parking in the area. We felt like we were the most important patients in the office, although there were others being helped. All members of their staff were friendly and took time explaining each step. We have a few more appt's and looking forward to. I've already told all my family of our excellent experance.
