I was nervous about having dental work done seeing as it was going to be the first time to ever have any type of dental work. However, they did an excellent job at making sure it was a comfortable and painless experience. Without a doubt, I have found a dentist office that I will permanently go to from now on.

Originally, I went into get a dental check up with no problems or pain whatsoever. During the check-up a cavity was discovered, so I went back to get a filling. A week later I was seen by a different dentist than who did the fillings but was left with pain and discomfort in my mouth. I came back three separate times after this to fix the pain caused by my new fillings and saw different dentists each time. Three months later the pain is there and our bill came in the mail. There were differences in what we were told would be covered and what was actually covered. The problem came when we tried to address the issue when we tried to contact the office and the billing office of Shiloh Family Dental. We were treated with very poor customer service and incorrect billing.

We would not recommend Shiloh Family Dental for their dental service or customer service.

Dr. Ellingson did a root canal and there was a complication of an extra root that he caught and filled. It would have been a painful mess to have to fix that issue later. We were very pleased.

I recently had an appointment at Shiloh Family Dental. I was very pleased with my visit. The office is very clean and new, and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I also love the convenient location. I would definitely recommend this dentist office to others.
