Friendly and knowledgable. I am a female and I never feel like they are trying to take advantage of me. They have even offered classes to educate women so they do not get ripped off on repairs.

I had my car serviced and they performed in a very professional manner. The car was analyzed and checked completely over, the oil was changed with an excellent brand of blend oil (5000 mile oil) all fluids topped off and tires properly checked. The appointment was made at the time I wanted and as soon as I drove in staff took the car and started on it.
The staff is great, clean and very professional. The shop is clean and has the latest equipment which staff is trained on.
It is always a pleasure going to Shade Tree they always make you feel very important.
You always know the job is completed correctly using the best parts and staff performing the job with their training, honesty and integrity!
As I have done before I would recommend Shade Tree to all my friends and family.
Their CUSTOMER SERVICE is second to none!

Service was well done and performed in a timely manner. Getting a ride from their shop to my business and then getting a ride back to the shop made taking my van there easy. Brakes work great and new tires make the van ride a lot better. I'm glad I have a mechanic I can trust.
