My appointment was scheduled for 9:30am. I arrived at 9:27am but was not allowed to enter the building until 9:30am...fair enough...I am very puntual and adhere to time schedules also. I had to make a quick decision; stand in the misty rain or return to my car to sit for 3 minutes. This was a very difficult decision for me and I think just simply not fair. I am making my appointment for 9:35am next time.

Everyone was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Everything that I would be going through was explained. I had my first treatment done on my bikini area and it was over within a few minutes. All in all I would recommend ideal image to any person wantin to have laser hair removal done/
