Dr. Amy is assisted at all times by either our business manager or our spa director so that she can focus on you, the patient and not the current promotion of the month:) The managers are there to offer you the best price for the procedures that Dr.Perlmutter recommends. At least two options are always given to each client, to make sure that you have some flexibility and can find the option that suits you best, when it comes to the longevity of the results and the cost per treatment. Majority of our clients appreciate our approach, however, for your next visit, with your feedback in mind,we will do our best to make you feel at ease and relaxed:)

We do strive to maintain a peaceful and relaxing ambiance of our Medical Spa, understanding that our clients are looking for an escape from the stresses of every day life. Sensitive Touch Medical Spa values all clients and would never intentionally give the wrong information or suddenly changed policies without prior notification. We are sorry that you felt you were given wrong information while booking your appointment. This is a great lesson for us to learn to be even more precise in clearly stating our policies and offers and making our best effort at completely understanding the client's inquiry.

As most business out there, we do not double discount. That is why your Yelp voucher could not have been used towards our promotional pricing. We did make an attempt to resolve this misunderstanding with you at check out point with the additional discount applied towards your treatment cost, as we always strive to achieve 100% satisfaction with our service.
