I was told that my claim was submitted only to my MetLife insurer which, because I had it longest, was primary. I have two coverages, one from MetLife (retirement) and one from Printing Industry Benefits Trust (PIBT) - my current employer's coverage. I have been told repeatedly by Met Life (Xerox) that it is NOT primary but that in the industry the current employer's coverage is ALWAYS primary. I will confirm with Xerox again; however, are you suggesting that only one insurance provider will be billed? If so, why on earth would I purchase a second policy?

Very professional staff that worked hard together to make sure that I, the patient was aware of what to expect and they made me feel that my health, concerns and comfort (no pain) were important to them. This greatly helped alleviate my anxiety and discomfort with my procedure. From the appointment desk, to Rudy, the hygienist and Dr Fernandez and Dr. Torgan, and Michelle in back office, they are all a great team I would recommend (and will!) Thank you all!
