When my previous eye surgeon from cataract surgery did not seem interested enough to deal with my chronic dry eye, Joanne took a professional interest in trying to solve the reason for the pain due to scratching the eye upon awakening in the am. She sees me several times a month to check on progress. She truly has saved me from real discomfort.
