Outstanding as always. The team is terrific, they even offered options for less expensive parts while sharing the risks associated with cheaper parts. I don't want to mess around with my wife's brakes to save a few dollars, so we went with the first recommendation. Point being, I was given options that were intelligently presented... and that's why I keep coming back. Well done!

I went in for a smog repair, and on re-testing my car they found that the first test done at another station was done incorrectly. They only charged me for the test, not the normal diagnostic, saving me $100. They also recommended some preventative services (which I chose to do) but were completely honest and non-pressuring. I highly recommend them because they are fair, honest, fast, and communicate well!

Santa Monica Motors truly knows what customer service means. They take the time to fully discuss the issues with your vehicle and you even get email notices letting you know when it is time get it serviced. They are very honest mechanics and I can trust their recommendations.
