The stations were too close together. In order for my hairdresser to cut my hair, my chair had to face the wall.
As a customer this arrangement is not acceptable.
I have been a Spa Vanessa customer for many years, two of my family
members are also customers. I am very pleased with Mary .
Mary apologized, which I did appreciate but she had no other choice.
The other hairdresser was taking up more than her share to the space.
When I have an appointment I do not expect it to add stress to my day.
