The best haircut i've ever gotten. I love the way Dawn at Salon Vaneesa cut my hair. I've gotten a lot of compliments on my new haircut already!

Andrea was EXCELLANT!! So good that I am coming back to see her in two weeks for waxing and in 8 weeks for another facial. She is very professional and competent. It was a wonderful experience.

The stations were too close together. In order for my hairdresser to cut my hair, my chair had to face the wall.
As a customer this arrangement is not acceptable.
I have been a Spa Vanessa customer for many years, two of my family
members are also customers. I am very pleased with Mary .
Mary apologized, which I did appreciate but she had no other choice.
The other hairdresser was taking up more than her share to the space.
When I have an appointment I do not expect it to add stress to my day.

Jen was very informative and was patient with me since I had no idea what I wanted. She took the time to listen to what I said and then talked me through what she thought and what I thought about that. If I wasn't sure, she suggested something else. I didn't feel rushed. It has been a long time a hairdresser spent time and listened to what I didn't know what I want. I'm very pleased with Jen. She is a sweet person. Thank you Jen. I felt like we were a team.
