Always a pleasure going to see Jessica Petty. I have been using her for years. I have followed her from every salon she has been at because she is the only stylist that can ever cut my hair the way I like it. Your salon is wonderful =)

I would recommend Madison because she always does a great job. The salon has lost its friendly environment. Before everyone smiled and seemed to like what they do and where they are. Lately everyone just seems to be going thru the process.

Although I typically get a good cut and have a good color experience, I feel that that the services are over-priced, especially when you combine services. My hair is very short and requires very little styling. $45 for a shampoo, cut and blow-dry seems like a fair price when done alone. But when you combine it with a color treatment, I believe there should be a price break. My color (on very short hair) was $125. A shampoo and blow dry is obviously included with that. So why am I paying an additional $45 to add a cut? That's what I pay for a full shampoo, cut and blow-dry. So when combined I am basically paying for the shampoo and blow-dry twice. I was there 3 hours and paid $170; that's $56.66 and hour, which seems outrageous to me.

Appointment desk and another r stylist made me uncomfortable regarding my appointment going "over" due to an aggressive client not being cooperative. The Salon Pure employees put the pressure on the stylist finishing my hair instead of dealing with the client to wait 5 minutes. Emily is awesome!
