If Eve were still around, she would be at home here.
Forget what you know about hair salons, Salon-Leau is everything but, part art gallery, part lounge, part home, most of all a place where you feel at ease. Salon-Leau is not about publicity and write-ups; we focus instead on the comfort and well-being of the client. Located in a renovated row house in the Georgetown neighborhood of Washington DC, the salon is a unique, beautiful and extremely private place. Two full floors are devoted to our stylists, offering approximately 90 square feet of space per stylist and greatly exceeding the average of 32 square feet per stylist found elsewhere. A tranquil spa completes the space, allowing our clients to have all of their beauty needs met in one place.
LoAnn is amazing!! Always so happy when I leave the salon. Before I found Salon L'Eau I spent four years hopping from salon to salon in DC, desperately trying to find a stylist I liked. So happy that chapter of my life is over!
As always my trip to see Jean Pierre resulted in a wonderful haircut. The staff at Salon L'eau is always cheerful, welcoming from as soon as you enter the door to your exit at the end of your appointment. The staff makes wonderful cappuccino's for while you wait.
I am rather impressed. Dr. Chavis is a perfectionist who knows his trade and works with the utmost professionalism. So does his team. The practice is organized in an admirably efficient manner and I always feel that my teeth are, literally, in good hands - which I rarely do with dentists. The team is exceedingly nice, too. In short, I recommend Chavis Dental without any reservations.
I have never been with a dentist as family- orientated as this practice. Absolutely everyone is genuinely friendly, and great at their job professionally. At present I work in the service industry, and while this review must sound like I have taken sips of the company water, it is level headed and genuine. I really cannot imagine going through the learning curve of another dentist. I would probably just use tooth picks and stop bothering if I had to find a new practice, the bar has simply been raised too high. My family and I have simply been spoiled too much. I should add that both my older kids cannot wait to go...to the dentist. This is not a typical response to any dentist (no offense).
