D'nelle did my hair and I love it! She listened and really looked at the pictures of the color and cut I wanted. I am definitely going to have her keep doing my hair for as long as she's still in there.

Beaux is the only person I've been to since my daughter recommended your school. I have been so happy with my hair cut. I've been back to him 3 times & very happy each time. I will continue to come to your school for my hair cut. Very reasonable price & very happy with the results.

blown away by BEAU's amazing talent, when I can come home and do what he did with my hair that is an above the charts of 5 stars and that my dear friends at Paul Mitchell makes extremely happy customers. Then the willingness to make an allergic to the acid right, Hats off to you Deborah, you should be valued and appreciate as with Beau and the other young ladies did an awesome job as well. Sweet, polite, thank you for showing me the customer service matters still in this world!!!

I love the work that Melissa Jiminez does she does a great job cutting , coloring my hair. Your staff is very friendly. One thing I would change is the time you have to wait for an instructor to ok the work your stylist do. But other than that it is fabulous!!!? Paul Mitchell school

What an amazing job He did on hair and makeup!!!! Was very impressed with job He did I don't impress easy. The willingness Of Deborah to correct a perm gone bad do to allergic reaction was outstanding!!! This salon in every way understands customer Service!!!! My Mother's Day gift:
I wanted a shade lighter than my normal brown (between a 6 & 7)...what I got was blonde. I wanted lots of layers and even after several times mentioning this and being assured that I would get them...I did not. After like 6 hours I left in a state of shock and almost tears. I feel even though I CLEARLY expressed what I wanted it fell on deaf ears.
But I also would like to point out that even though I did not get what I requested the stylist did do a great job on the color and the cut. And the color has started to grown on me.

I waited for an hour and 30 mins. For my appointment for a pedicure and then was told I had 2 choices of color for my toe nail polish, ugly or uglier.. I had to go buy polish to finally get a pedicure which was mediocre. I will never go back
