An amazing establishment. Technicians are very knowledgeable from higher end European cars to your average run of the mill domestic car. I've taken my cars to Aundre and his staff for the past couple years now and couldn't be happier. Easy to make appointments, can be made and online. The maintennance email reminders are also helpful. I know that when I take my car there it will always be done when promised and at the most competitive rates I know. Thanks Stephanie for always making sure parts are ordered on time and for calming me down when I freak out about my car;) thanks Aundre for keeping my cars humming and for not allowing me to spend money on my car if I didn't need to. You guys rock!

Prestige Auto Works continues to keep my car going. I took it in for a brake job, thinking I would need both front and back brakes done. In a short time I had a call from Stephanie, telling me it was only the front brakes. It was done quickly and cost less than I expected. Andre even cleaned and adjusted the rear brakes. The car feels great, and I am relieved and grateful. I will continue to use Prestige and refer others to them

I went in to get my freon recharged and left satisfied that my AC was working again. The following day, I was bummed to find out my AC was back to doing what it was doing...not blowing out cold air. They are closed today (Sunday) but I will call first thing Monday morning.

That's kinda how it goes with A/C sometimes. Not a big deal, we can now do a visual leak check to see where the dye (we put in with the freon recharge) is escaping, or see if your A/C system is functioning properly.

I finally dragged myself to the auto shop to get my first oil change on my new car and I was in and out in thirty minutes, even though they adjusted my belts for me aswell, it was so painless I'll be back in 3,000 miles no problem lol.
