I came to Dr. Shanks and Dr. Jesse about a week ago in extreme pain from an old neck injury flare up that I had for over a month. I had decided to switch doctors because I was not getting better. When I saw Dr. Shanks CV and current methodologies used, I immediately felt that this was the office for me. After 4 visits with Dr. Jesse, my extreme pain has gone and my neck movement has not been this good in a long time. I have been able to stop my pain medications and muscle relaxants which is fantastic. My neck responded well to Dr. Jesse's treatments. I have not had any other chiropractor use updated techniques and Dr. Jesse's professional and medical background has been a huge help in getting me to become well and get my arthritic neck to get better. I would urge anyone out there in pain and seeking a professional and well training chiropractic office to check out Dr. Shanks and Dr. Jesse. I am so very thankful that I found them.

Cross fit is definitely challenging. Dave and Amy made us feel welcomed and supported. They are very knowledgeable about the workouts. Looking forward to seeing the results of the intense training over the next few months.
