I was disappointed in my last visit. When I called to make appointment, girl answering phone forgot to schedule me for a haircut, only listed wash and blow dry. Luckily I called back to confirm time and caught the error. However, I arrivied for my appointment only to wait 25 minutes, when I went back to check in counter the girl told me she would check on the delay. Turns out my stylist had called in sick and nobody figured this out until 25 minutes later.
