Ive been coming to rubs for over 6yrs and this was the second time I had a bad experience with a therapist who smelled like smoke. Especially when I was facing up it was like I was inhaling smoke from her breathing I wanted to get out so bad but felt embarresed and didnt want to make her feel bad for someone who hates cigarette smoke this was by far my worst experience I was tense the entire time and ended up with a headache.

Autumn has just the right amount of touch and was empathetic to my stiffness. I certainly was much better after the massage. I enjoy having her do my massages and will be back for more.

Great experience! Therapist very knowledgeable and polite. I have had $100-$200 one hour massages from other places and they weren't as good as this one. So especially great for the price.

everything was great! I LOVE it there. staff is very nice and friendly. only thing that i would suggest is to put seat covers for toilet in the restroom :) thanks!

After being a member for over two years, I am quite dissapointed in the customer service at Rubs on Wilmot. Do not mistake this for poor massage therapists. I have received a number of wonderful massages from Ravee, Veronica, and Lizzie. My issues are with the number of changes implemented by management. The headaches in trying to book appointments with the new receptionists are enough to drive anyone away. Increased prices for services wouldn't be so irritating if they had not happened around the same time that both receptionists (friendly and compitent) left as well as a number of their veteran therapists. Changes are happening and my perception is they are not all positive. I will make a few more attempts to book appointments at this location, though if I spend another ten minutes on the phone with a receptionist trying to book appointments for 30 minutes with random therapists when I make a request for a preferred therpist at an 1 hr or more interval, I may not have the patience to continue trying. Rubs on WIlmot get it together, we spend too much money there for such poor customer service!

"After finally being released from prison, two really nice ladies took care of me. One was looking on and learning really well. After the initial tests, my servant (Daniel)let me roam the room as the banging on the walls was a bit of a distraction. I found a shelf to hide....ahem....crash out on, but just as I got comfy, the doc walked in. I acted as if I didn't want to leave the shelf (I'm a cat!) but, alas, I let go and let the doc check me out. The vacs weren't too bad; the doc had really good technique. Meooooow, meow, meoooow. (That's what I just said, in "Feline", just in case other cats are reading this!"
