It was good, but the room was a bit chilly.....the heated blanket was very nice!
Jeffrey, we truly appreciate the feedback as it helps us better meet our clients needs. We have over the past week recently implemented improvements to all of our rooms with individual/independent climate controls systems so that we can ensure the temperature is kept at the exact temperature preferred by our clients during this exceptionally cold time. We have a very experienced staff with several years of experience (and a vast majority of whom have over a decade of experience). However, we realize clients have varying needs whether they require more or less pressure, or other individualized requirements.. Thank you for the input. We have a number of rooms that focus on different varying levels of light. Some having more light, whereas others having much less. Our main goal is to accommodate everyone's requests to the best of our abilities. We would love to see you again in the very near future, and let us know exactly what you would like in that regard and we will be able to accommodate. While we came up a bit short on the music selection since we try to offer customized playlists for each and every client , we certain will pay better attention to this in the future.
