I was disappointed at best, offended at worst, during the appointment process. I did not feel that the personnel was making any effort to accommodate my wishes. (One example: although there was a 90 minute massage appointment available at the desired time, I was told I could not have a 60 minute massage unless I made the appointment for a 90 minute massage; called 24 hours in advance to cancel; then called back the day of the desired appointment and hope that they would reduce the time to 60 minutes.) I am also offended that a guest cannot relax by the pool unless he or she spends more than $250. I spent well over that and was by the pool virtually alone. Since I don't live in the immediate area, I would love to be able to come for one treatment and also spend some time outdoors relaxing, but the $250 hurdle (which also entails another hour, at least, indoors) is a hurdle I don't choose to jump. Lastly, I had a deep tissue massage which I would characterize as mediocre, at best. My facial was excellent, though.
