Really wish I had known how lovely and luxurious was this spa/resort! Going forward, I will take my time and really enjoy the day there. The staff was warm and helpful, and my therapist was exceptionally kind and did a wonderful job with my signature massage. I felt so relaxed, and wondered why I don't do this more often!

My daughters and I have been there many times and we really like it. We did have issues this time, though. Not enough chairs in either lounge or patio to sit. Maybe because it was Sunday afternoon? I wanted a 1 hour massage and could only get a 90 minute so changed to pedi. It was lovely but $80.00 is very, very expensive. Staff is always friendly and nice.

I liked the facial and the products are nice but it was definitley not the best one that I've had. The extractions were not great but my esthetician knew what she was doing...i like lancet extractions and getting into every blackhead. You can get better results at places in Campbell and Beverly Hills at half the price. My massage, again was good....but not the best. Nob Hill Spa and Cavallo Point are hands down the best massages in The Bay Area- from my experience.

Check-in was subpar, even saw an eye roll from a staff member. The desk staff just weren't processing efficiently...they didn't have the skill set to solve one guests need, so we were waiting around too long. Then I went to have lunch at the pool and they went out of their way to tell me I was restricted to a certain area. We are locals and not only spent more money of spa treatments than any guest room, but visit the restaurant/bar several times a month. On this particular day we spent $1200. You should be careful of the attitude toward such frequent customers...perhaps there needs to be more transparent communication between the silos that exist within the hotels service departments. I had rated 4 stars and I'm moving back to 3 as I relive this experience.

Punctual start time. Business-like teeth cleaning. Very few pleasantries. I had to request sunglasses rather than having them offered. Teeth feel cleaner. No interaction with the dentist. Have definitely experienced more thorough cleanings and friendlier staff at other dentist offices, but this certainly gets the job done.
