Was disappointed in my facial by one of your experienced estheticians. The consultation went very well but the actual service I felt as though I just paid for her to put Emenece product on my face with out any technique. No extractions and too light of pressure. I was very excited about the product and that's why I came to your spa. She was very educated on Emenece. But My skin did not reflect the product. Very disappointed in the cost of the lack of physical skill. It was a gift I wish I would have used at one of the other spas that carry Emenece.

I love this salon & staff however there seems to be constant water issues when my stylist is washing my hair. Not her fault, it's a plumbing issue.
