i have mixed feeling about your clinic. I want to see you all more often because you make me feel like I am at home and I get good care by you, but I don't want to see you more than I suppose to because it means problem!!!!!

I called PJW at 4:55pm on a Friday because my "check engine" light was on. Pat was friendly as always, despite it being the end of the week. He gave good advice (tighten the gas cap and drive for a while). I called again on Monday because it didn't resolve the issue. Pat scheduled me an appointment for the same day. Mike completed a diagnostic (for $43 compared to $119 at Walser Toyota) and determined that my sensor was broken. PJW could have told me to have it fixed at PJW (for $300-350), but they referred me to get it fixed at the dealer due to a bulletin regarding this specific sensor and a Federal Extended Warranty--a Toyota dealership should replace the sensor at a reduced rate. I called Walser Toyota and the Service Department informed me that the bulletin was false and the replacement of the sensor would cost $375. I called Pat again, and told me to call another dealer. Rudy Luther Toyota will replace the sensor for $0. This story exemplifies the excellent service provided at PJW. The staff is honest and friendly, and they always explain everything in terms that are easily understandable. Thanks again, PJW, for taking the best care of me and my car!

Over the last 4 years we have worked with NWFA and now have completed our latest project. At this point, we have replaced all windows with triple pane glass, entry doors, sliding glass doors in the house and have added 21 inches of insulation. These certainly were some big ticket items; however, during the last winter we noticeable found a difference in the comfort level of our house and the heating bill. During the process, we had one faulty sliding glass door (factory problem) installed and true to their word, it was replaced at no cost to us. The windows, doors, and insulation are very high quality products and we are more than satisfied with the quality of the workmanship that went into making them. The installation process was handled very professionally as the work crews knew exactly what to do and when to do it. They arrived on time, did the install, cleaned up after themselves, and were friendly and easy to work with. I truly can't recommend this company and its employees high enough. As an educator, I rate them with an A+.
