Spa itself was charming, the staff was friendly. Overall the quality of massage was mediocre if that. My husband and I both had massage and both had the same opinion. We get massages regularly so we know what to expect. We expected it to be exceptional and it wasn't. I've had better massages at the salon I go to at home for less than half the price. Disappointed. Don't waste your time or money.

I have been a regular at La Prairie spa for many years now. Recently I received a gift for a facial at the Peninsula New York. I thought it would be nice to check and confirm that I still love La Prarie. Well I do! OMG my experience at Peninsula did not even begin to compare to my time at La Prairie. Mary is simply the best. She loves what she does and my skin is the better for it. Please keep her happy. Also the staff there is attentive, nice, and accommodating. I love La Prairie and I tell everyone and I am happy to tell you. You are top notch. Thank you
