I just wanted to let you know how impressed I was with something that occurred this past Saturday.My daughter was in the salon for a up-do for prom.We paid and once in the car, my daughter said it was not what she was expecting and her opinion of her hair further deteriorated and tears ensued.By 4:00,we were discussing just taking out all pins and re-doing hair however she wanted when we received a phone call from your manager,Jessica,asking if we were happy with the way hair was done.She picked up on dissatisfaction in my daughter's face when we were leaving and offered to have Christina come back in immediately.The salon had been extremely busy all day and would be closing shortly so I cannot tell you how impressed I was by her offer.We returned and Teresa accurately surmised that Christina would be happier with something simpler and less dramatic which she loved!Jessica, Teresa, Lindsey, and many of the staff truly made us feel that our satisfaction was truly a priority.This was extremely professional and incredibly service oriented, which I know you are known for.As small business owners ourselves, we would be very proud if our staff exemplified such core values.- from simply paying attention to my daughter's body language, to calling to inquire about our satisfaction, to offering to stay late if need be to re-do and make her happy.I will most certainly continue to recommend Rituals in the future after this experience.Thank you again.
