Had a great experience with Jen doing a photo facial and chemical peel. She works very quickly and keeps you engaged in conversation to take your mind off any sting. She answered all my questions, gave some great suggestions, and was very sweet and supportive too! She made the experience very easy to tolerate!

The medical staff is outstanding at Ritacca. Very knowledgeable in their area of expertise. The offer great advice on natural anti-aging strategies and are very generous with the time they offer consulting with you.

I absolutely enjoy my visits at Ritacca! Always greeted by the friendly receptionist Joanna, very knowledgeable staff. I've referred lots of friends to Ritacca because they are very professional and honest to tell you if a procedure wont meet your expectations.

I believe the scheduling for tatoo removal should be improved. I had a Saturday appointment at 12:00pm, received one treatment only, and was leaving Ritacca at 1:50pm. It took approximately 30 mins to receive the numbing, and then I waited an additional hour to receive the laser treatment. I believe this wait was far too long and no explanation was provided for the delay. I am happy with the results of the procedure, but would improve scheduling.

I was very satisfied with my most recent visit. Dr. Ritacca took time to discuss some questions I had about future treatments. His assistant was very attentive and obtained information for me.

I had a Botox treatment during this visit and experienced NO bruising afterwards! Thank you!

I love Rittaca. If I could, I would work there and get everything done. I would get tattoos just to laser them off at the center.
