Employees were all very friendly.

I particularly enjoyed talking with the assistant who did the preliminary work on me before the doctor came into the room. She graduated from Field High School. She was most friendly and helpful.

I have had 2 appointments with Ripkin Vision in the past. On both occasions I had 1.5 - 2 hr wait that exceeded my actual appointment time. I believe the set appointment time should be set to a more realistic actual time the doctor can see a patient. Even though I would recommend Ripkin Vision to others, I would warn them about the long waiting period.
