EXCELLENT SERVICE. Rick's shop is the most impressive that I have ever seen. It is a state of the art with the highest technology. The staff goes above and beyond for their customers. Customer Service is their number one goal and it shows in all of their employees. Many of my friends go there and they all speak very highly not only of the service but the trust and security they have with their vehicles. I recommend it to everyone that I have contact with. I have never heard a negative comment from anyone. The BEST in Springfield for auto repair.

Took an older vehicle to Rick's for an assessment and to get a list of things that needed to be done to it. They did an excellent job of checking it out and were completely honest about what really needed to be done compared with what could wait. Other shops have tried to scare us into spending way, too, much. Rick's is a great place for auto service of any kind.
