Relax On Cloud Nine was founded in 1995 when opening Staten Islands first dollar a minute massage store at the Staten Island Mall. In 1998 it opened the first Day Spa on Staten Island offering massage therapy, facials, vichy shower, sauna/steam, mud/seaweed wraps and hydrotherapy mineral bath treatments. I enjoyed my time On Cloud 9 very much. From the moment I parked my car and began walking up to the entrance I felt peaceful. The area is just so rustic and peaceful. I immediately transcended to a home upstate New York. I was no longer in the hustle and bustle of a New York City dweller.
Once inside I enjoyed the music that played over the speakers throughout the spa and the lighting so very much. That greeting kept me calm and tranquil.
The waiting area felt like I was in a friend's parlor enjoying a visit with a dear friend.
I only waited a moment before I was invited in by a friendly and smiling receptionist and cordially brought to the spa and locker area where she explained everything to me.
I entered the sauna and enjoyed the heat and dryness, a complete opposite from the cold and dampness outside. I think I fell asleep in the sauna. I was so relaxed!
Everything was clean and pristine!!
I guess you would say I really did "relax on cloud nine".

I love getting a facial done at Cloud 9. They are thorough & know exactly what they are doing. I just had my first massage as well & it was amazingly relaxing. The staff is so nice & create such a calm & peaceful environment for their customers. It is my favorite spa hands down. I cannot wait for my next visit!

What a wonderful experience!!! What a better way to spend our 17th wedding anniversary than a couples massage. Starting it off with a sauna really relaxes you for the massage so I highly recommend it. Our first time here (recommended by friends) and certainly not our last. My husband thinks we should come weekly! Thank Relax on Cloud 9 for a great afternoon!!!!

Great massage working out so much tightness and tension. All massages should be 90 minutes. My only disappointment was that there was no opportunity to talk after. I had some specific ailments and I often am informed of what the masseuse finds after a massage, recommendations, etc. Glass of water.

I came there hoping for a miracle, I guess there are o such things. I told the girl on the phone I didn't have two nickels to rub together, but that I could afford the $15 fee that would be charged for that day. That turned into $156, which I absolutely cannot afford, because two minues were taken to drill out glue and replace the lousy teeth I do have back into my mouth. While everyone was pleasant, no one there is compassionate. Life is hard, and people like you only make it harder. You will not be seeing me again, because of the $156, there will be no Palm Sunday here this weekend.read more …
