bought my wife a gift card as a baby shower gift in sept 2011 just to find out that when she went to use it the store had lost its lease and total image wont honor the card so im out $200 if they dont open another store this suxs

Some of the stylists have gone to Total Image salon and spa my favorite girl is there now, it's still Aveda products. It's located on 2501 McHenry call 209-525-8625 to see if your stylist is now!

Just recently found out that the Salon Spa has closed. What a shame to put all of us customers to the curb. I have since lost all trust and faith in them. They say a new location is to follow, but I do not think I will be following!

I was disappointed to learn upon arrival that the esthetician that I made my appt. with no longer worked there. My appt. was, therefore, with a different person. I would have liked to have received a call about this. The girl at the front desk was put in an awkward position in that she had to tell me. Not a great way to start. My facial was good, but the room was cold. It wasn't as good of an experience as I have had before.

At the last minute, I decided to pamper myself before my husband's company xmas party. I desperately needed some me (wellness) time. So, thank goodness to whomever rescheduled their apts in the last minute on Friday; as a result, Jamie at the Front Desk, did a wonderful job to accommodate me. I told her it was ok if she couldn't get all my services in today. Jamie was determined and I was her project! For the first time, I experienced an AVEDA Chakra Massage w/ Catherine... Her attention to my body's needs & details were near PERFECTION. Beatriz did my hair cut (different day) and David my color! I LOVED my cut and my color looked FABULOUS. Alana did an amazing job on my makeup. I left Rejuv feeling & looking AMAZING!!! It was a high quality experience.

I have had facials since 1985 and peels since 1999, and this peel/facial was my worst experience. My experience includes the most high-end facials such as Georgette Klinger and Elizabeth Arden, dermatologist associated estheticians, and regular beauty spa estheticians, so I know what constitutes a great or poor facial/peel.

Decor, demeanor, music tastefully elegant! Eric was delightful, personable, knowledgeable and gave an unbelievable deep tissue massage that I have needed for so long. I am 68 but I left feeling 25 again. I immediately made another appt. I simply can not recommend Rejuv Aveda and Eric enough. Thank you so much.
