Randall's Autohaus did an excellent job on my BMW X3. I had evidently had an issue with the drive shaft for several years, and it recently started getting worse. We had complained to the BMW dealership about a noise in the rear. Each time we were told there was nothing wrong. Randy and his folks found the problem and fixed it, where the dealership couldn't. Now the X3 is running like a dream again. Additionally, Randy and his folks always go the extra mile...my car was spotless inside and out when I picked it up. I was running low on washer fluid and they refilled it. The last time I was in, they replaced the front BMW badge that had gotten worn, without charge. I appreciate their expertise and the extra effort they always give.

Brought my car in for the advertised $89.95 oil change to save myself a trip to Mobile and stupidly ended up spending nearly $1,400 with this joint, including parts that were unnecessary. AND I ended up in Mobile anyway, when these jokers CREATED damage to my car that they "kindly" admitted to, after my husband diagnosed the damage they had caused, and offered to fix...at MY expense. Oh yes, please sabotage my car some more - no thanks! The folks that work there are unhappy, unprofessional, condescending, uncooperative, and SHADY! I am not sure how they can sleep at night...

Excellent, I thought that the repairs to my vehicle would take longer and be more expensive. I would recommend them to any one.

I got my car towed to them to diagnose a starting issue. I initially told them that I thought it was a CPS sensor. They had my car for a month and a half. They kept giving me the run around every time I would call them. Finally I said, I'm coming to get the car towed away. Then they told me that it had been vandalized. Someone cut my battery out of the car. They also stole my passenger rear view mirror. I told them that since they paid for the tow, they can put in a battery and we would call it even. BTW, it's not even. When I got the car the battery was the size of something that a jeep or a saturn would use. Also, I still don't have a mirror. Also, it turns out that I was right. When I changed the Camshaft Position Sensor out, it cranked up. Horrible Place do not go there.

I was told by another mechanic than my car needed over 1,300 in repairs. I came to the autohaus for a second opinion. They inspects my car to find there was absolutely nothing wrong with my car! Friendly staff and quick service.

If you can please replace the couch in the waiting room.
