What's not to like about a massage?! (Although as a giver and receiver of massages for almost 20 yrs, I've had my share of bad ones). Here's what's tacky, though-when I'm checking out and trying to enjoy my 'warm/fuzzy' feeling, DON'T ask me if I want to add a gratuity (from my gift card, on my credit card, etc). Everyone knows by now how it works, and if I want my technician to get a tip, I'll handle it. As bad as a waitress asking 'Do you need change?".

I could not have had a better experience. My stylist (Hannah) was amazing, friendly, personable, and gave me a GREAT haircut! i love it! I also got a "finishing touch" from Merle who is seriously adorable. I appreciate everything they did to make my experience memorable.
