What's not to like about a massage?! (Although as a giver and receiver of massages for almost 20 yrs, I've had my share of bad ones). Here's what's tacky, though-when I'm checking out and trying to enjoy my 'warm/fuzzy' feeling, DON'T ask me if I want to add a gratuity (from my gift card, on my credit card, etc). Everyone knows by now how it works, and if I want my technician to get a tip, I'll handle it. As bad as a waitress asking 'Do you need change?".

Thank you for your feedback on your experience at our salon. We have recently changed the gratuity system in our salon and are working on the technical details so we thank you for the suggestions and we will continue to work on it to create a positive experience for our quest. Again, we appreciate the feedback and look forward to seeing you again.
