Ed is very nice and explains things simply, which makes it better since I usually have to o pay for expensive repairs. He never pressures me to get more done than what I really need and helps me to understand priorities (e.g. you need to have this done today v. come back in a few months and we'll take care of it).
I'm glad you have a tv but it would be great if you also had a coffee/tea machine and more comfortable chairs. My last visit, I was there for more than 5 hours so having a few more conveniences in the waiting area would be appreciated.
