Dr. Winkler and his entire staff strive every day to provide the highest level of care and customer service. At every visit, I am welcomed by my first name, asked how I am, how my family is, offered refreshment and treated with kindness and respect. I always look forward to my appointments. Who says that about a dentist appointment?!

Dr. Winkler has genuine concern. He will not suggest service unless you truly need it.

Dr. Winkler and his Esthetic Family Dentistry Family always, always makes me feel part of their family. They sensorially care about me and the well being of my dental care. I'm currently on medical leave from my place of employment, and after a point in my absence my medical/dental insurance has been placed on hold until I return to work. Will my usual teeth cleaning appointment came up. My plan was to reschedule my appointment when I had return to work, but they told me to come in my original scheduled appointment and that they would waive the fee. They were more concern about the well being of my teeth than they were about getting paid. What a humbling experience, what a wonderful blessing to be apart of their family. I'm not saying this is their typical practice to do so, and frankly I don't know… but what I do know that these folks actually do care about their patients. Thank You EFD Family, Kenny Jorkin
