A few years ago, my friend and I were recommended to see Drs. Hirakawa & Inouye by Mr. and Mrs. Nishimura. We had such a wonderful and positive first visit that we turned around and told another friend. This friend visited and was so happy with the outcome that on her next appointment to see her primary physician, she gave out business cards for Drs. Hirakawa & Inouye. Mr. and Mrs. Nishimura were former patients of Dr. Hirakawa's father when they were in high school and continued to see the current Dr. Hirakawa when her father retired. Unable to confirm this little tidbit at this time but that is what I remember hearing a while ago.
After thirty plus years, still no complaints; only gratitude for excellent service from all of you. I cannot believe that I'm responding to an electronic survey. Us old folks always prefer the spoken word. But you guys know that already. I appreciated the reminder by phone.
