The staff is very professional, and friendly. The Dentist was extra careful while cleaning my mom's teeth as after radiation her teeth are super sensitive. The staff does make you feel important and that they do care for you and your personal needs. The cleaning for both mom & me was done very nicely as I didn't feel no pain.

I ended up at Preferred dental by chance. I broke a tooth and needed it fixed asap and this office was recommended by 1800dentist. Not only was i impressed by the cleanliness of the facility but also by all the great staff there! They were professional, knowledgeable, and most of all gentle. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a dentist.

Preferred Dental is by far the best dental office I've ever been to. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. The office is clean and located in a great area of Queens. I will be a continued patient and recommend this office to others. Overall a pleasant experience!
I must admit that I am a chicken when it comes to seeing a dentist. Well, the service that I have received and still receiving has changed my mind. They do a great service and are very caring when it comes to chickens like me.
A free van service for patients should be made available to facilitate appointments for patients that are experiencing hardships and especially for the elderly and people with disabilities. This would decrease missed dental appointments and increase patient volume.
