Was not at all impressed with a salon I usually hear so highly of. I received highlights in which I wanted extremely blonde for summer, yet it's been about three weeks and the highlights are already faded. They were not as blonde as I wanted them and now I regret paying for something I could've done myself. The stylists were all very friendly, I'm just used to getting what I ask for when I go to a salon, and I definitely didn't get what I wanted.

I purchased a Groupon because I was looking to try a local salon. I thought the services would be covered by the amount I paid for the Groupon. I received a full head of highlights, deep conditioner, haircut & blowdry. After a very thorough consultation the stylist informed me it would be $35 more for the lowlights she had recommended. I was okay with that. However I have bleed marks where the foils were applied. They are prominent through the crown and back. I had an asymmetrical bob and it is now cut like a generic average very square bob. I travelled to my last stylist because he gave me an awesome haircut and beautiful highlights. I tried Plaza but am second guessing my decision. I may give it another try but will not go to the same stylist.
