I recently visited Pipkin dental for the first time.. I went for a routine cleaning and, X-rays. The staff was very friendly and Dr. Pipkin was very nice. The one thing I didn't like was my appointment was for 11:00am and, I wasn't called back until 12:00pm. I left the office at 2:00pm. Three hours was a very long time to be at the dentist for a cleaning and X-ray's. Only one staff member mentioned they were sorry for taking so long. I did ask why and, her response is that she was on hold with my insurance co. I didn't question this at the office. Looking back I'm still unsure of why it took so long due to being on the phone with my insurance co. This shouldn't interfere with my appointment.
Overall my experience was good and, I will go back because I need further work on my teeth, I am new to the area and, I do trust Dr. Pipkin's ability to provide quality dental care.
However, I'm hoping for visits in the future that staff & dentist will work together efficiently and, in a timely matter. My time is valuable to me as I feel sure theirs is to them.
