I was a bit disappointed on the high price for an annual exam. I also left a bit confused because I had requested the dentist look at something that was catching when I floss as well as a cap that I thought may be loose because of the bad odor when I floss that doesn't go away. She said the cap wasn't loose and that the floss was probably catching on a filling that had a cavity. But the dentist never offered any resolution to the bad odor coming from the cap or filling the cavity. I was offered a price to repair a tooth with a crack that I've had for years but doesn't bother me. :(
Someone suggested this office policy was "treat and street".
Most of the time your service is great. However on this visit I was not in a room until 1 hour after my appointment time. I make an appointment because that is the time I would like to be seen, and I understand 10-15 minutes. But not 1 hour, I was about to walk out when they called my name. Even after I was put in a room, it was another 15-20 minutes until a doctor came in. I think you need to take a look at customer satisfaction versus the volume of people you can squeeze into an appointment block.
